Allows foreign citizens holding the passport of 59 qualifying countries can have 30 days visa-free entry to Hainan for the purpose of tourism visiting, business activities, exhibition, sports competition, family visitation etc. (except study and work). During the stay, they can travel in the whole of Hainan Province without a Chinese visa.

Additionally, they must be accompanied by a certified translation into the official language of that country or into English, unless otherwise specified by the mission's requirements.
