Holders of ordinary passports of specific countries (or members of APEC) may enter Singapore without a visa if the duration of their visit does not exceed the specified visa-free limit. In addition, citizens of certain visa-required countries are exempted from obtaining a visa for transit if certain conditions are met. Within 3 days before entering Singapore, all foreign nationals, except permanent residents and certain other categories of persons, are required to complete an SG Arrival Card online.
