Granted to foreign nationals who have the right to live in Mexico indefinitely and intend to enter the country for permanent residence. Within 30 calendar days of arrival, holders must register with the National Migration Institute (INM) to obtain a permanent resident card. Once registered, they may live and work in Mexico permanently.
