Holders of ordinary passports of specific countries (or members of APEC) may enter Malaysia without a visa if the duration of their visit does not exceed the specified visa-free limit. In addition, citizens of certain visa-required countries are exempted from obtaining a visa for transit if certain conditions are met. All travelers need to complete and submit MDAC within 3 days before arrival.
