Grants entry to journalist who intend to cover or report for a news organization, also to journalist who wish to conduct reporting and advertising activities. Visa is issued to only those journalists who represent a foreign media organization in India. Foreign journalists, who intend to travel to India to work in Indian media organizations must enter India on employment visas. All foreign travelers must complete the electronic arrival card (e-Arrival Card) through the official Indian Visa Online portal or the Su-Swagatam mobile application no later than 72 hours before arrival.
